A Port Lincoln man has confessed he can’t wipe the smile off his face after a phone call from us revealed he’d pocketed $200,000 in yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.

The Eyre Peninsula resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1763, drawn Wednesday 4 February 2026. He looks forward to a sweet $200,000 prize.

The winning man was in the middle of his workday when we called and stopped him in his tracks.

“I’m getting really nervous here!” he gasped when answering the phone.

“I’m speechless. This is just amazing.

“That’s just put a smile on my face.

“I haven’t won anything like this before. It’s a surreal feeling.

“Now I have to go back to work and pretend nothing happened.”

With $200,000 soon to land in his lap, the winning man looked forward to kicking his feet up and enjoying an overseas odyssey.

“I’ve been planning an overseas trip for the end of the year, and just this morning, I was thinking about how I’d make the finances work,” he explained.

“Now, I’ll be able to do a big Europe trip and put my feet up.

“I’ll also start to look at retirement.”

His winning entry of 10 random numbers was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
