A group of eight Newcastle workmates couldn’t contain their excitement as they leapt from their desks after discovering they’d won a thrilling 100,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries draw.

The Hunter region residents held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10932, drawn Thursday 20 February 2025. The group are set to share the total prize of $100,000.

The private syndicate leader shared the group had been treating themselves to one lottery ticket each week – all awaiting a life-enhancing win like this one.

“Oh my god! Wow!” the cheery syndicate leader exclaimed.

“That’s amazing!

“I’m shouting to my co-workers that we’ve won $100,000. Everyone’s jumping up and down at their desks.

“This is a work syndicate, with eight of us contributing to a ticket each week.

“We like to try all the games, but recently we’ve been trying Lucky Lotteries.

“It seems like we should’ve been giving it a crack a while ago.

“Oh wow! The office has completely exploded with excitement - everyone’s over the moon!

“A few of our syndicate members aren’t in the office today, so I’ll have to give them a call after this.

“I’m sure they’ll be thrilled.

“I’m going on a holiday soon, so this is going to help so much.”

Their winning entry of one random number was purchased via The Lott app – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
