A Concord grandmother has been left speechless and tearful after receiving a life-changing phone call from us that she won $1 million in last night’s Weekday Windfall draw.
 
The Sydneysider held the only division one winning entry nationally in Weekday Windfall draw 4591, drawn Wednesday 27 August 2025. She pocketed a clean $1 million.
 
The winning woman, who had recently been unable to work due to illness, was completely flabbergasted when we called with the exciting revelation.
 
“Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful!” she cried.

Her winning 12-game QuickPick entry was purchased from Concord News & Gift, 47 Majors Bay Road, Concord.
