A hard-working Manly tradesman is measuring up a whole new future for himself after waking up $10 million richer from scoring a life-changing Powerball win in last night’s draw.
 
The Sydneysider held the only division one winning entry nationally in Powerball draw 1504, drawn Thursday 13 March 2025 and took home the entire $10 million jackpot.
 
Still beaming with excitement, the sleepless winner relayed how he discovered the win last night just moments before drifting off to sleep.
 
“I can’t believe it. I don’t know what to say,” he said.
 
“I checked my ticket just before bed; literally moments before falling asleep and then I saw I had won the lot.

“I started shaking and I definitely wasn’t sleepy after that. I couldn’t help but shed a tear.

“I honestly thought I’d wake up and it wouldn’t be there in the morning, like it was all a dream.

“Although I’m running on no sleep, I’m at work today like normal.
 
“To be honest, I can’t think straight.
 
“I never, ever thought this would happen to me.”
 
Set to enjoy life as a multi-millionaire, the winning New South Welshman shared his first order of business was seeking financial advice.
 
“It’s life changing. I’m going to see a financial advisor and set myself up. It means I might not have to work anymore,” he shared.
 
“I’ll be able to help my family too. Thank you so much.”
 
His winning marked 6-game entry was purchased on The Lott website – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.
