Prizes less than $1,500 can be claimed at any Tatts retail outlet in Victoria.
Prizes over these amounts (including Division 1, Lucky Lotteries Jackpot Prize, Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize) can only be claimed either in-person at one of our head offices or by post.

If you win a Division 1 prize, Lucky Lotteries Jackpot or Set for Life 1st Prize from any entry purchased in-store, your prize will be paid into a bank account of your choosing from the first business day two weeks following the draw.
